Making and appointment

When making appointment for a weekend please book in advance to avoid any disappointment. You are required to make a 25% non refundable booking fee at the time of the booking to confirm the appointment.

If you are wishing to redeem a gift voucher please have your gift voucher number ready

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule the appointment with the booking fee being refunded. If you are needing to cancel within 24hours the booking fee is non refundable and we may not be able to reschedule to your desired day.

Arrival time

Please arrive 10minutes before your appointment, this allows enough time to fill out a consultation form and to relax before your appointment

Late arrivals

Arriving late will inhibit the time allocated to your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. Clients arriving 15 minutes after scheduled time without notifying us will result in cancellation of appointment.

Attire

For massage and body treatments please leave your own underwear on. Disposable underwear is available upon request.
During all treatments you will be draped with blankets, towels or sheets and are not fully exposed at any time. 
Treatments are conducted free of jewelry so please leave any valuables at home.

Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards are available to all nail enhancement clients. Services include, Acrylic full set, Acrylic infill, Biab full set, Biab infill, SNS natural nail overlay and removal of Acrylic, Biab and SNS. Services this does not include, nail art and does not include one or more of the provided services. The 50% Discount nail enhancement portion of the card can be accumulated.

Age Restriction 

Children under the age of 10 are welcome if they are supervised by parents at all times and the treatment the parent is receiving is under 60 minutes.

Children aged 10 and over are welcome to receive treatments if they are well behaved, considerate of other guests, and are accompanied by an adult at all times.

  
Special Health Considerations 

You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment. The consultation form helps us determine the best treatment possible for your individual needs. Some pre-existing conditions may prevent you from having a specific treatment or we may have to adjust your treatment to ensure your well-being. Please answer this form honestly and accurately.

In order to protect all our staff and other guests, if you have cold or flu symptoms you may be refused treatment. If you are contagious please be considerate of others and stay at home.

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking spa services. At time of booking, please inform us of your medical conditions including pregnancy, as some services may not be suitable. If you have any queries prior to the appointment in terms of your health conditions feel free to contact us at any time.

Pricing

Pricing may change at any time due to Specials or returning to the original price. Pricing will be remain as stated on the initial day of booking.

If pricing increases all clients will be notified as soon as it has changed.

Spa Etiquette

As this is an inclusive space discrimination of any sort will not be tolerated. Behaviour of any sort that is deemed inappropriate by our Therapists will result in cessation of the treatment and you will be asked immediately to leave the premises.
